Saturday: around 52 kilometres along quiet Suffolk lanes, through the market town of Framlingham and down to the tidal waters of the Deben. Sunday: a gentle morning loop to Waldringfield, where a private boat carries you down to Ramsholt and back up to finish in Woodbridge.
