How we handle your details.
Short version: you tell us about your group so we can talk to you about the experience. We don't sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who we are
LockYourBike Ltd ("we", "us") runs guided cycling experiences in the UK. For any privacy question, email hello@lockyourbike.com — that reaches the founder directly.
What we collect
Only what you give us through the interest form: your name and email, and — if you choose to share them — your phone number, group size, the occasion, your rough timing, how you found us, and any notes about your group. We also keep the date you got in touch.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use it for one thing: to contact you about Suffolk Exploration (and future experiences you've asked about) and to understand what your weekend should feel like. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in Airtable, our records tool, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both are reputable providers acting on our instructions. We don't post your details anywhere public.
How long we keep it
For as long as there's a live conversation about a trip, and up to 24 months after our last contact — after which we delete it, unless you've become a booked guest and we need it for that booking.
Who we share it with
No one, beyond the providers above. We never sell your details or pass them to other marketers.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@lockyourbike.com and we'll sort it. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read — it's anonymous and cookieless, doesn't follow you to other sites, and never builds a profile of you. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here.
